It doesn't happen often, God knows, but every once in a while I do draw something that makes me think, hey, I actually have some clue what I'm doing here. I'm really pleased with how today's page turned out.
So I think I should link some stuff. The first stuff I'm linking is Cave Story a.k.a. Doukutsu Monogatari, a Japanese freeware game translated into English by some devoted fans. It's really a very cute platform/action game in the Metroid exploration-and-fighting mode. The second stuff is Nanaca Crash, which has already been circulating for a few weeks but hey, when you see that bandwagon go by it's time to leap on! My record is 3379.70 meters. The final stuff is Misadventures Etc., a comic strip I've been meaning to link for a while but kept forgetting to. So help me, I thought this was hilarious. You can't go wrong with physical comedy, that's what I always say. Final note: I did get the coloring on page 246 sorted out at long last. Personally I think it was a "meh" sort of page, though, so instead of going back to look at it I recommend you look at today's page again and then just imagine a version of page 246 which is as good as this one. Man, that would be awesome. |
