(Jon sez:) The guy in the back of the police van with Rocco and Greta was last seen guarding the entrance to Cafe Sabella. Greta was last seen flying through the front door of Cafe Sabella, unconscious. In science, the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter is approaching the red planet. Over the course of half an hour on Friday, it will decrease its velocity by twenty percent. The MRO will look for signs of ancient water, use the largest planetary observation camera outside Earth orbit to look down on Mars, and will set up a telecommunications link between Mars and Earth that will be used by other Mars probes. Good luck, NASA! |
(Mark sez:) I should note that the colored version of this page will be uploaded soon. I kind of didn't want to leave it half-done, since there are going to be some interesting effects, but on the other hand I kind of don't think my employers will appreciate me being all sleepy and dozy at work tomorrow, so it's time to throw down for the night. I suppose while I'm being all slacky and webcomic-artisty I might as well admit that Monday's comic may be delayed by one day since I'll be out of town this weekend. Or maybe not, but, um, in this case past performance is a pretty good indicator of future performance. Note: of course that's Rocco and Greta somewhat the worse for wear since we last saw them, but that third guy is the Mob guard seen on Page 319. He is of absolutely no importance to the narrative, but, you know, in case you were curious. |
