Deep down, I've always been an old-school kind of guy. Kids nowadays watch anime series like The Melancholy of Harumi Suzumiya and Evangelion and sure, I guess they're all right, but I've still got a soft spot in my heart for Star Blazers. And yeah, the latest game consoles are fine indeed, but when no one's around I'm known to to fire up MAME and revisit the grungy, smoke-filled arcades of my misspent youth. So, even though everyone on the WWW has moved on to full sensurround tactile-enhanced neural-linked billion polygon virtual reality environments, you'll forgive me if I've still got a soft spot for the reason why the World Wide Web was originally invented... text. Here's some. Go nuts.

The Grand List of Console Role Playing Game Clichés Man, people sure seem to like this, so please, enjoy. But keep in mind that it will never ever again be updated, ever. 06/20/04Hey, Yamamoto! This one's actually a collaborative story written on New Year's Eve, 1999, by several -- or, more accurately, a few -- of the same people responsible for No Headroom. Featuring as it does a grittily unoriginal cyberpunk milieu, lots of senseless violence, and a hero who's constantly tumbling out of windows, will Hey, Yamamoto! be the seed that someday grows into the long-awaited, much-demanded sequel to No Headroom? Only time will tell (translation: don't hold your breath.) 02/27/00
Guardian's Art Tutorials A while ago, there was a how-to section on Guardian. I realized eventually that I wasn't interested in operating such a section, but too late -- despite its lack of useful content it was already well cross-linked into the Web. So now I've linked it up again at last. There's no real need for you to actually read it, though.

I've actually decided to take down these MSTings because I'm honestly, well... I feel kinda bad, you know? And I wrote them a long, long time ago. That said, if you really want to see them, feel free to email me.
