Okay, so the last several weeks I've seen a number of links and recommendations for MoS, all of which can be summed up as "original idea, fun writing, too bad the art sucks." After spending several hours curled up in a corner silently weeping*, I decided to implement a new plan of making the art somewhat less awful. The particulars include slightly more use of special effects (but hopefully in a restrained manner), more shading here and there, and more detailed backgrounds. This plan has been in effect since the beginning of Chapter 4; please write in and let us know what you think.
