Your Writer: Jon Kilgannon Mark once told me he shouldn't be asked to draw horses, dogs, Leslie Nielsen, or topiary heads. (Um...yeah, there was a reason he told me this.)

It seems, however, that he's great with rabbits.

In other news, I'm inspired by Wei's exuberance on this page to try a little multi-year sociology experiment. I have a new niece named Natasha, born within the last few months. I presume that when she's in her teens she'll get bored and ego-surf for her name. I also presume that by the time she's a teenager, search technology will be able to tell which Natasha I'm referring to in this paragraph even though I'm not giving her last name.

So I expect an email from Natasha around, oh, 2017 or so telling me that I was as nuts back in 2004 as I am "now." Let's see if I'm right...

Your Artist: Mark Sachs Hi, Natasha! Boy, I hope we're not dead in 2017, because then this will be really socially awkward.
