There were days when I was a network manager that I wished I could
have a team of hyperintelligent group mind technical specialists working on
my computers.
The title of this chapter of A Miracle of Science, "The Waters Above
the Heavens," is the poetic and archaic way of referring to rain. In the
context of our story it refers to the habitable worlds of the Solar System,
washed with rain and girdled with oceans through the advanced technology of
terraforming.
P.S. I wonder what Benjamin's unique viewpoint could be...
