I hope our readers in the United States had a fine Thanksgiving with appropriate amounts of turkey (tip: brining it works out great). I love the sorts of holidays we have around this place. To anyone who might hesitate at participating, please don't -- by all means dive right in! Remember the fundamental rule of America: all you have to do is show up and eat.

Link of the day: Even though it's one of my longtime favorite webcomics, for some reason I frequently forget to read Scary Go Round for months and months. I checked back in recently to discover that it had morphed (as it is wont to do on occasion) into an entirely new comic, this one called Bad Machinery. So far I quite like it!
